In a world where the demands of work and leadership continue to grow more complex, I believe everyone deserves a trusted partner to help them navigate what's next.

Whether you're navigating a leadership transition, a career pivot, or a moment of meaningful change, coaching can create the space for greater clarity, confidence, and intentional action.

Thank you for being here.

Why Liminal Edge

Why Liminal Edge?

The space between what is and what's possible is where meaningful growth begins.

Liminal is a word used to describe the space between what has been and what is yet to come—a threshold where old ways of thinking begin to loosen and new possibilities emerge.

That idea sits at the heart of Liminal Edge Coaching.

Throughout our careers and lives, we all encounter moments that ask something new of us: stepping into leadership, navigating change, redefining success, rebuilding after loss, launching something new, or simply recognizing that who we've been is no longer enough for where we're headed.

These moments can feel uncertain. They can also become some of the most meaningful opportunities for growth.

At Liminal Edge Coaching, we believe lasting transformation doesn't come from having all the answers. It comes from creating the space to think more clearly, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with intention.

Our work combines deep reflection with practical action. Together, we explore not only what comes next, but who you need to become in order to lead it well.

Whether you're navigating a career transition, leading through complexity, building something new, or seeking greater alignment between your work and your values, Liminal Edge Coaching exists to help you move through uncertainty with greater clarity, courage, and purpose.

Experience & Perspective

The journey, lessons, and leadership experiences that shaped my path to coaching.

For nearly three decades, I have helped organizations, brands, and leaders navigate growth, transformation, and change.

My career has spanned global brands, media companies, and mission-driven nonprofits, including leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, iHeartMedia, Americares, and Catalyst. Along the way, I have partnered with CEOs, boards, executive teams, and emerging leaders to build brands, shape strategy, drive growth, lead teams, and navigate complexity in environments where the stakes were often high and the path forward was rarely obvious.

I began my career in sports and entertainment marketing, helping Fortune 500 companies leverage sponsorships and partnerships to build stronger brands and deeper customer connections. After earning my MBA from Emory University, I joined The Coca-Cola Company, where I spent nearly a decade in progressive leadership roles across iconic brands including Fanta and Diet Coke and stewarded strategic entertainment partnerships across the portfolio and head of entertainment in North America.

At Coca-Cola, I learned the discipline of strategic leadership, brand stewardship, and leading through influence. I helped guide national marketing initiatives, retail programs, entertainment partnerships, and cultural campaigns that reached millions of consumers. From the Academy Awards and Olympic Games to American Idol, film studios, music platforms, and celebrity partnerships, I learned how to balance creativity, business performance, and long-term brand building at scale.

Following leadership roles at XIX Entertainment and iHeartMedia, where I led strategic partnerships for some of the world's most recognizable brands, I felt increasingly drawn toward work that combined business rigor with human impact.

That calling led me to the nonprofit sector.

As the first Chief Marketing Officer of Americares, one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the United States, I helped lead a brand and marketing transformation that grew annual cash revenue from $38 million to more than $120 million, while supporting humanitarian and healthcare initiatives serving communities across the United States and more than 85 countries worldwide. Later, as Chief Marketing Officer of Catalyst, I helped guide one of the world's leading organizations advancing workplace equity through a period of significant change, helping modernize its value proposition, launch new research and product initiatives, and navigate an increasingly complex social and political landscape.

These experiences shaped my understanding of leadership. I saw firsthand that success is rarely determined by strategy alone. More often, it depends on a leader's ability to navigate uncertainty, build trust, align people around a shared vision, make difficult decisions, and remain grounded in their values when the pressure is greatest.

Toward the later stages of my executive career, I found myself increasingly drawn to organizational leadership, leadership development, and one-on-one conversations with colleagues, peers, and emerging leaders. Whether mentoring team members, supporting executives through difficult decisions, or helping leaders clarify their next chapter, I discovered that helping people grow had become one of the most meaningful and energizing aspects of my work.

That realization ultimately led me to professional coaching.

Today, through Liminal Edge Coaching, I partner with executives, founders, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven professionals who are navigating leadership growth, career transitions, and meaningful life change. My clients often come to coaching when they are stepping into larger roles, leading through complexity, reimagining their careers, seeking greater alignment between success and fulfillment, or preparing for what comes next.

My coaching combines deep curiosity, candid partnership, and the lessons learned from nearly 30 years of executive leadership. Together, we create space for reflection, clarity, and action, helping clients strengthen their leadership presence, make better decisions, navigate uncertainty with confidence, and move forward with greater purpose and impact.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: meaningful growth often happens at the threshold—the space between what was and what is possible.

Nearly 30 years of leadership experience and 200+ hours of professional coaching since 2024, helping leaders navigate growth, change, and transition across corporate, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and coaching environments.
